Language Training

Language training involves time, effort and commitment from the staff members involved, even though they may not need a total command of a language to be effective. SBC will carry out a training needs analysis of your company and assess the competency levels necessary for your staff members. From this, SBC can assist you in setting realistic goals to achieve the necessary competencies. Training can be short or long term, one-to-one or in groups, intensive or over a longer period. It can be for senior members of staff or for frontline members. Your company needs to get it right!

SBC trainers design the courses specifically to cover the needs of your staff. The sessions are usually carried out in the relevant foreign language only and support materials are given.
